💼 Google Groups and Chrome Extension Shortcuts!
Hey friends - This is a special edition with 2 productivity tips (I know, I’m an absolute 👼🏻). The first one is more relevant for those of us who use Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and the second tip is for all users. Let me know what you think of this setup 😉
👨👩👧👦 Use Google Groups to create Team Alias
- When a colleague leaves the team, it’s a bit annoying to have to identify each meeting they were part of and manually take them out and add a team member in
- You can create a team alias using Google Groups and use that alias in meeting invites (as opposed to individual emails) so that when changes happen, you can just edit the alias itself, saving you a bunch of time!
⌨️ Quickly Access Chrome Extensions
- Type “chrome://extensions/shortcuts” into your Chrome address bar and hit “Enter”
- You can now assign keyboard shortcuts for your most frequently used Chrome extensions!
