🔢 Google Sheets: Hyperlink to a specific Cell or Filter
🤔 What is it?
You can hyperlink to a specific cell OR a filtered view within Google Sheets
🤷🏻 When should I use this?
- We’ve all been there “yea can you open the 12th tab and go to cell…um…cell B456…no not that tab, the other tab…” 😵
- Instead of going through that painful process, you can hyperlink to a specific cell or filtered view so when the recipient clicks into the link, they’re brought to the exact location you wanted to highlight
- For cells, Right click on a cell > View more cell actions > Get link to this cell
- For filtered views, simply Create New Filtered View > Rename it > Copy and Paste the URL! Just remember to make sure you share at least view access first
