📆 Google Calendar: Block Spammy Invites
🤔 What is it?
- Google Calendar recently added the ability to block event invitations from unknown senders
- Calendar Settings > Event Settings > Enable “only if the sender is known”
🤷🏻 When should I use this?
- Normally, Google Calendar automatically adds events when you receive emailed invites, regardless of who sends them
- The "known senders" feature will finally (after years of feedback apparently) let you block invitations from people you don't know (aka potential spammers)
