📌 Chrome: “Group” Pinned Tabs

🤔 What is it?

  • You can combine Google Chrome’s tab grouping feature with the pin tab feature and achieve a very minimal look

📸 Instructions

If you’ve watched any of my videos you know I usually have these 5 tabs pinned in my Google Chrome (right click on tab > Pin)

I recently found out if you “Add Tabs to New Group” WITHOUT giving it a name, you will only see a colored dot for a very minimal look (all your pinned tabs are now hidden within that group)

Highlight pinned tabs > Right click > Add tabs to new group

Obviously this comes down to personal preference but personally I like this minimal look!

  • CMD/CTRL + Y to quickly open up History in a new tab
