[Workspace] Immersive Presentations using Speaker Spotlight
Workspace editions only apply for Business Workspace users, and are sent in addition to weekly Productivity Pings
(you can always filter previous issues by application!)
What is it?
As the name implies, the Speaker Spotlight feature allows you insert your video feed directly into Google Slides and - in my energetic opinion - makes your presentations 10x more engaging and immersive!
Instructions
Simply go to Insert > Speaker Spotlight and select a shape to insert into your slides.
Now, when you start presenting, you will have the option to enable and "Use camera in slideshow."

Pro tip: Duplicate a slide and in the second slide, place the shape next to the content you really want to emphasize.
