Workspace editions only apply for Google Workspace users (i.e. businesses), and are sent in addition to the regular weekly Productivity Pings
(you can always filter previous editions by application!)
In my Top 8 Productivity Tips for Work video, I mentioned why using team aliases instead of individual emails for recurring meetings saves time in the long run since people might join or leave the team:
💡 The same idea applies to Google Chat as well!
If you have a Space for a team, you can create the space using the team alias as opposed to adding each person individually:
This way, whenever a new person joins or leaves the team, you can make a 1-time change to the corresponding Google Group instead of updating each calendar event and each Chat Space!
