In the “Clean” tab, input Columns B through E (i.e. understand your Current State) based on your current weekly schedule
Determine new frequency and/or duration for each recurring meeting and input decision within Column G
Check in with meeting organizers and participants and suggest the new meeting frequency and/or duration!
