[Workspace] Multi-Task using Picture-in-Picture Mode
Workspace editions only apply for Google Workspace users (i.e. businesses), and are sent in addition to the regular weekly Productivity Pings
(you can always filter previous issues by application!)
Pretend to pay attention during meetings
If you’re currently multi-tasking during meetings, your screen probably looks something like this:
But did you know you can keep an eye on the presentation while you work on emails?
Getting started is as simple as:
- 3 dots > Open picture-in-picture

Pro tip: Clicking the “Expand” icon in the upper right takes you back to full-screen!
⌨️ Keyboard Shortcut
(these work while you’re in picture-in-picture mode)
- CMD + D to mute/unmute, and CMD + E to toggle webcam (CTRL instead of CMD for Windows PC users)
