Google Slides: (Official) New Templates Just Launched!
(you can easily filter previous issues by application!)
Hey friends - I got a super quick (yet impactful) tip for you today: Google Slides just launched slick new templates we can start using for free!
How To Use
After typing “slides.new” within the address bar, click the new “Template” button in the top-left corner to bring up the new templates.
After choosing from the 27 new options (my favorite is definitely the minimalistic and dark-themed “Strategy Plan”) we can simply start selecting slides to add to our presentation OR select “Insert all slides!”
Pro Tip
To ensure speakers stay on track for large team presentations, I always include a “X minute countdown timer” within their slides.
To add a timer, simply go to Insert > Video, then search Youtube for the video you'd like to include or something like "5 minute countdown timer".
