Google Keep: Transform How You Capture Info

(you can easily filter previous issues by application!)

Hi friends - It blows my mind that 90% of my colleagues use Google Keep incorrectly.

The correct way to use Google Keep

Google Keep actually excels as a “quick capture” tool (and NOT as a note-taking tool) thanks to the free Google Keep Chrome extension.

But using the extension is only “half” of the workflow. We need to combine the Keep extension with a label (”03 clipped” in my example).

This way, even after you archive your notes (which you should do regularly), you can still easily find all the information you clipped from the web.

💡
Pro tip: Don’t forget you can search notes by color as well!

I share my entire Google Keep workflow from start to finish in the upcoming Workspace Academy so don’t forget to join the waitlist!
