# [Workspace] Identify Your Favorite Colleague

## Remember Time Insights?

A few months ago, I [showed you](https://www.jeffsu.org/productivity-ping-52/) how to use the Time Insights feature within Google Calendar to see how many hours you’re spending in meetings every week:

But wouldn’t it be cool if you could see who you meet with most frequently over an entire year?!

## Find Your Top 5 Favorite Colleagues

1. Press “Y” in Google Calendar to jump to Year View
2. Then click on “Time Insights” on the left

With the right sidebar open, scroll all the way down to see the 5 colleagues you spend the most time with (for good or for bad):

Pro tip: You can click the “Person + Gear” icon on the right to manually pin other colleagues to see how often you meet with them
