# Google Meet: Seamless Sharing for Less Awkwardness

We received over 50 responses for a live Inbox Zero workshop (I asked for interest [last week](https://www.jeffsu.org/productivity-ping-71/)), which is way more people than I expected!

Since most of the respondents are based in the Americas, I’ll schedule the workshop in mid-April, since I have a business trip planned to New York and Philadelphia 😁

## The Problem

Unsurprisingly, a huge pet peeve of mine is when a presenter forgets to share access with meeting attendees beforehand:

- “If you could look at Slide 5…”
- “We don’t have access”
- “Ah sorry…hang on…”

**\*awkward silence for 2 minutes\***

## Seamless Sharing on Google Meet

Now, you can just click the “Share” icon while presenting to share access immediately with all participants!

The link to the presentation will even appear automatically in the chat box for easy access!
