# [Workspace] Highlight important information in Docs!

## 🤔 What is it?

Google Docs now allows you add **Code Blocks** within Google Docs by typing the “@” symbol:

I am (obviously) not a software engineer so I just use Code Blocks to callout something important in a text-heavy document

💡

****Pro tip:** If you are a coder, you can add text to code blocks directly by clicking Insert > Building Blocks > Code Block > \[select programming language\]

## Bonus Tip (for Google Chrome)

- If you want to access **Recent Files** from Google Drive without actually going into Drive, you can toggle on “Google Drive files” in a New Tab
