# Import and Export Events in Google Calendar!

## 🌟 What is it?

So I have a separate calendar in my Google Calendar for all my friends' birthdays so it's a complete breeze for me to just export "Birthday Calendar" when I switch to another Calendar app

OR, if a new hire joins your team at work, you can easily share a list of events with them in just a few clicks!

**INSTRUCTIONS:**

1. Google Calendar > Settings > Import & Export
2. Export > Click "Export" and download the .zip file
3. Import > Open the .zip file and import the .ics files

## ⌨️ Keyboard shortcut

- Press "S" in Google Calendar to go directly to Settings
