# Google Sheets: 3 Features I Use Every Week

## #1: Column Stats

I review your feedback for this newsletter regularly, and the Column Stats tool makes it super easy for me to see the high-level trends:

Menu > Data > Column Stats

💡

****Pro tip:** You can choose to ignore rows without relevant data

I always start with the **Column Stats** tool before diving deeper into the data, and the automatically generated graphs and charts are easily shareable as well!

## #2: Data Cleanup

I used to have to review and clean up typos, duplications, and white space manually but now you can just:

- Menu > Data > Data Cleanup

Review **Cleanup Suggestions** on the right and either accept or ignore the changes!

## #3: Split text into columns

Highlight column > Data > Split text into columns

Pretty self-explanatory. No need to use complicated formulas anymore!
