One of the biggest mistakes I see students and young professionals making is **failing** to follow up with connections on a regular basis

## 5 Informational Interview Mistakes to Avoid

To help you with this, I created a quick and dirty networking spreadsheet for you to keep track of your professional network

### **Instructions**

1. Make a copy of the [Google Sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mIyDp%5Fir%5FK4XOtnYOxN32c4t6il3EvB%5FfEgw3jBgkXU/edit?usp=sharing&ref=jeffsu.org)
2. Use the "Snapshot" tab to keep track of all professionals you chat with
3. Only create new "Tabs" for the top 3-5 professionals you WANT to continue following up with (i.e. are they in companies or roles you are super interested in?)
4. Review this trix on a weekly or monthly basis, it WILL pay off!
